- HOW DO I SCHEDULE A PRIVATE TOUR OF THE PRESERVE?
Call (855) 676-2597 or through our website & a representative will answer your questions and can schedule a private tour. You may also contact us via email after hours.
- WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are 1 hour NE of Houston. To reach us, travel up HWY 59 to Hwy 105 East. Head East on 105 and we are just outside Cleveland.
- ARE YOU PET-FRIENDLY?
Yes, we love our four legged friends.
- DO YOU HAVE A PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION?
Yes. The property owners association helps maintain the amenities throughout our development.
- WHEN ARE YOU OPEN?
We are a private ownership property open 365 days a year.
- ARE THE LOTS DEEDED?
Yes, our owners individually own each lot that is deeded to them.
- WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF LOT OWNERSHIP?
Our owners have full use of all amenities. In addition to use of your private lot, this includes up to 2 weeks per month of free RV camping on our 50amp campground sites located in our campground areas. 5 fishing lakes with boat access that require no fishing permits.
There is excellent fishing on the Trinity River. There are 4 swimming pools, 3 bath houses with showers and BBQ pavilions. Miles of white sandy beachfront and a beach activity center. Scheduled activities for every age group. Adult only pool. 24 hour gated entrance with security, equestrian center and riding trails, miles of hiking and biking trails, endless wildlife and natural amenities, rental cabins, BBQ grills and fire pits, canoeing, tent camping areas.
Plus RV owners can store their RV on site for easy access and use.
