Lewis Wallach

Has been the President of Professional Financial Investors, Inc. for the past 20 years. He has a Bachelors of Business Administration Degree from Hofstra University in NY. In 1984, his professional career began with the US Department of the Treasury in accounting and tax. In 1988, Mr Wallach moved to Los Angeles for the accounting firm of Sobul & Company, which specialized in real estate partnerships.

Mr. Wallach joined Professional Financial Investors, Inc in 1990 as Investment Manager, soon becoming licensed as a Real Estate Broker. In 1998, Mr. Wallach accepted the position of President of Professional Financial Investors, Inc. Mr. Wallach is active in the acquisition, syndication, and financing of numerous real estate projects in Marin and Sonoma County, California. Currently, he oversees the financing, accounting and investor services for about 40 multi-residential and commercial properties. He also co-produced the award winning documentary, Silver Tsunami.  He brings his business expertise and creative sense as the new owner of the Preserve of Texas.

CYNTHIA HARRISON (Wallach)

Is an Emmy-nominated TV producer and writer, and also winner of the prestigious Cine Golden Eagle award for the History Channel special Fly Fast – the Cutting Edge. Ms. Harrison has a successful career producing and writing many History Channel shows. She co-created, executive produced, and wrote many episodes of the highly acclaimed History Channel series Dogfights. Among other TV credits are, The Great Ships, The Royal Navy, Search and Rescue, Defending America – The National Guard and The Coast Guard and Rogue Waves, a History Channel tie-in with director Wolfgang Petersen’s film Poseidon. Her award winning documentary short, Silver Tsunami, screened to sold-out audiences at numerous film festivals. Ms. Harrison has also written award-winning episodes of children’s programs, ranging from Spider-Man and Mortal Combat – to the very popular Clifford the Big Red Dog. Prior to writing, producing and directing – Cynthia had a successful career as a model and actress, appearing in magazines, fashion shows, and commercials…. And TV shows like Laverne and Shirley, Dallas, Murder She Wrote, The Colony, played Dee Presley in the ABC miniseries Elvis and Me, and appeared with Dustin Hoffman in Outbreak (later working with director Wolfgang Petersen as Executive Producer/ writer on Rogue Waves.). Cynthia is thrilled to be joining her husband, Lewis, as co-owner of the beautiful Preserve of Texas.

KATIE HARRISON WALLACH

Is a Junior in high school, and already a show-biz veteran, having done voice-overs for the nationally acclaimed Leap Frog series and Toys-R-Us. She’s modeled in a number of fashion shows, and also has a passion for singing. Katie plays numerous musical instruments, including acoustic guitar, bass guitar, and piano. She is very active in her school’s theater department, and in cheerleading.
